Our purpose

After many years of the declining agricultural industry in Ehime, we wanted to find a way to stimulate the agricultural community and produce a product unique to Ehime. With access to an old sake brewery and a few sugar cane fields we set out to build a distillery and debut with four seasonal rums. Our goal is to introduce unique spirits utilizing ingredients grown on the island of Shikoku.
